Account deletion

Delete your account and app data.

You can delete your account in the app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have app access.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Trail Tunes and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open your account or profile screen.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Confirm the warning by typing the requested confirmation text.
  5. Re-authenticate with the same Google account or Trail Tunes password.
  6. Wait for the account deleted confirmation screen.

The in-app path permanently removes your Trail Tunes account profile and any paid Overlook Pass or Trail Pass access tied to that account. Trail Tunes does not issue refunds for paid access lost because of account deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the app, email support@gandkstudiosllc.com with the subject Trail Tunes account deletion request.

Include:

  • The email address on the Trail Tunes account.
  • Whether you signed in with Google or email/password.
  • A short statement that you want your Trail Tunes account and associated app data deleted.

Do not send your password, purchase token, API token, secret key, or other secrets. Support may ask for additional information to verify that the request is from the account owner before deleting data.

What is deleted

Account deletion removes the Firebase Auth account and triggers backend cleanup of Trail Tunes Firestore records tied to that user, including profile data, entitlement records, announcement-seen records, and Journey sync records.

Local-only data on a device, such as Day Pass state, rewarded playback windows, Trail Streak state, local Journey rows, recent driving signal state, and cache data, can be removed from that device by clearing app data or uninstalling Trail Tunes.

Some records may remain with service providers when required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, legal compliance, or the provider's own retention rules.

Subscriptions and Google Play

Overlook Pass and Trail Pass are Google Play subscriptions. If you want to stop future billing, manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play subscription settings. Account deletion removes Trail Tunes account access, but Google Play subscription and order records are managed by Google Play.
