Need help with Trail Tunes?

This is the public support desk for account, playback, billing, privacy, and account deletion questions.

Pass and billing help

Trail Tunes uses Google Play Billing for Overlook Pass and Trail Pass subscriptions. If you contact support about pass access, include the signed-in account email and the pass name you expected to have. Do not email purchase tokens or full receipts.

Subscription cancellation and future billing are managed through Google Play subscription settings. Trail Tunes support can help investigate app access state, but Google Play keeps the purchase and order records.

Do not send passwords, purchase tokens, API tokens, secret keys, or full receipts.

Playback and catalog help

For playback issues, include the trail, buddy, or song area you were trying to use, whether you were on Wi-Fi or mobile data, and whether the issue repeats after closing and reopening the app.

For rewarded-ad access issues, include what happened before and after the ad prompt. Do not send screenshots that expose private account, purchase, or device identifiers.

Account deletion

If you want to delete your Trail Tunes account and associated app data, use the account deletion instructions. If you cannot use the app, the deletion page includes the email request path.
